Which ports a Satisfactory server needs
The 1.0 dedicated server consolidated onto a single UDP port that handles both gameplay and queries. Older guides describe three separate ports, which is what people copy and then wonder why nothing works. If you are following a tutorial that lists a beacon port and a separate query port, it predates 1.0.
If it still shows offline
Forward the one UDP port and retest. If it answers but the server does not appear in your in-game server manager, that is a client-side pairing step rather than a network problem — add the server by address and claim it in the game's own server list.
