Hourly vs Monthly Billing: Which Games Qualify

Minecraft: the only hourly-eligible game

Minecraft is currently the sole game on the platform that supports hourly (pay-as-you-go) billing. You're charged 1 Credit per GB of RAM for every hour the server is Running — stop the server and billing stops with it. Hourly billing is locked to the EU region.

Every other game: monthly only

All other games — Satisfactory, Rust, Palworld, Valheim, ARK (both versions), Factorio, Project Zomboid, Garry's Mod, CS2, Arma 3, Arma Reforger, 7 Days to Die, Conan Exiles, DayZ, Core Keeper, Squad, Insurgency: Sandstorm, Unturned, TF2, Left 4 Dead 2, Don't Starve Together, and Terraria — are monthly-only. There is no hourly option for these games in the current UI.

Monthly servers are billed a flat Credit fee upfront for a full 30-day reservation. If you delete or cancel before the 30 days are up, the unused portion is not refunded — see Refund Policy Explained for the full rules.

Why the difference?

Hourly billing suits servers people start and stop frequently, like a casual Minecraft world with friends. Most other games on the platform are typically run as always-on dedicated servers by their communities, so monthly billing better matches how they're actually used — and it's currently the only model implemented for them.

RAM tiers and pricing

Monthly servers pick from fixed RAM tiers (2 GB through 32 GB), each with its own flat monthly Credit price shown at creation time. Every game also has its own minimum RAM requirement — ARK: Survival Ascended requires at least 10 GB, the highest minimum on the platform, while lighter games like Terraria or Core Keeper can run on as little as 2 GB.
