Installing Mods on Your Conan Exiles Server

Installing Steam Workshop Mods

Conan Exiles has full Steam Workshop support built into the Mods tab. Browse the Workshop, pick a mod, and install it — the installed list is read live from the server's own workshop content folder, so what you see always matches what's actually on disk, not a separate database record.

1. Open the Mods tab.
2. Search or browse Steam Workshop for a Conan Exiles mod.
3. Click Install. Spawnly downloads it straight into the server's workshop content folder.
4. Restart the server for the mod to load.

Uninstalling works the same way in reverse — remove it from the Mods tab and restart.

Load Order and Compatibility

Conan Exiles mods can be order-sensitive, and not every mod is compatible with every other mod. If your server won't start or a map area looks broken after adding several mods at once, try removing them one at a time and restarting between each to isolate the problem.
