How much RAM does a Mindustry server need?
Mindustry is the lightest server on this list after Stardew, and the only thing that grows is unit count on large maps.

Recommendation
You need a server with at least
3GB
- Engine / Base OS:
- 2 GB
- Player Overhead:
- +0.5 GB
- Estimated Raw Usage:
- 2.5 GB
- Suggested cores:
- 2
- Disk to allow:
- 5 GB+
Very light — the JVM and the simulation both stay small. Unit counts on large maps are the only thing that grows.

The simulation is 2D and deliberately cheap, so the baseline barely moves with players. What does add up is units: a large map deep into a wave defence has hundreds of individually simulated units and projectiles, and that is where the cost goes rather than into terrain or player state.
The mistake to avoid
Sizing for the slot count. Fifty players on a small map costs less than ten on a sprawling one late in a run, so budget for the map and the wave count you intend to reach.
