The Enfusion engine handles a given scenario more cheaply than its predecessor, so a comparable mission costs less. What has not changed is what scales — populated scenarios with large AI counts are expensive, and mods from the workshop add to the baseline at load time.
The mistake to avoid
Carrying an Arma 3 figure across. The engines are different enough that an old estimate will be wrong in both directions depending on the scenario, so size from the mission type rather than from experience with the older game.
